  • Design review is pending for an exterior facade renovation at the Everett Station Lofts on Northwest Everett Street (within the 97209 zip code). The Everett Station Lofts is a three-story mixed-use development established in 1998 on the northwest corner of Northwest Broadway and Flanders Street. Plans call for removal and replacement of failing materials that are rotting and damaged. The current façade design would be recreated as closely as possible with new materials. The existing windows and doors would be removed and reinstalled with no changes. The paint colors would also be laser-matched to the originals.
  • A type 3 procedure is pending for property along Southeast Water Avenue (within the 97214 zip code). The site is within the scope of the Central City master plan. The property consists of 10 city blocks spanning from Clay Street to Caruthers Street. Plans call for up to 3 million square feet of new mixed-use space, up to 1,200 units of new housing (at least 20 percent for low-income families) and a park stretching a third of a mile along the Willamette River.
  • A type 2 procedure is pending for a new three-story, 32-unit residential development at 4544 N. Colonial Ave. The proposal calls for the ground floor to include a mix of amenities, bike parking, residential units and building support spaces. The upper levels would be residential and contain a mix of studios, one-bedroom units and two-bedroom units. Adjustments are requested to the pedestrian standards and to the building length.
  • An application for early assistance is pending to subdivide the existing lot at 9819 S.E. Holgate Blvd. into two lots. The proposed intention is to develop the site into two fourplexes and provide on-site parking.
  • A pre-application conference is pending for a five-story, 19-unit market-rate apartment building on Northwest 17th Avenue (within the 97209 zip code). The proposal calls for approximately 17,000 of gross square feet of space in a 50-foot-tall structure. Both exterior and interior bike parking would be provided. The existing parking lot would be demolished and replaced with the building, open-space amenities, landscaping and sidewalks.
