• Design review is pending for a new 38,257-square-foot mixed-use development at 3836 N. Vancouver Ave. The proposal calls for a six-story, 65-foot-tall structure containing 42 residential units and three ground-floor commercial spaces. Also, a ground-floor garage would provide automated parking for 17 vehicles, an accessible parking stall and long-term parking for 71 bicycles. Additional project features include canopies to shelter pedestrians, six new street trees, an eco-roof and an outdoor space for each unit.
• A pre-application conference is pending for a multifamily building with approximately 200 units at 701 N.E. Seventh Ave.
• A Type 2 procedure is pending for an adjustment to convert approximately 895 square feet of ground-floor space at 2475 S.E. 30th Ave. into one live-work unit.
• An application for early assistance is pending for a 19-unit condominium development and associated parking at 1297 S.W. Cardinell Drive.
