Young returns to GRI as staff engineer

GRI has rehired Steve Young as a staff engineer. He is responsible for completing subsurface investigations, conducting laboratory tests of soil and rock, performing engineering analyses, and providing construction observation services. Young previously served GRI as an intern in 2017. He holds bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 degrees in civil engineering from Portland State University.
