No site visit is scheduled and the deadline for project questions is 1/20/2022. All bids will be a lump sum proposal for your respective project division scopes. O’Brien intends on bidding on the project demolition and will turn our bid in to the district 24 hours ahead of the January 26 bid date (1/25/22 @ noon).

Brief Description of Project: O’Brien & Company has been selected as the CMGC Contractor on behalf of the Nestucca School district for the High School
CTE project in Cloverdale, Oregon. This package will be inclusive and cover existing building demolition, site work, erosion/sediment control, excavation, utilities, landscaping, structural foundation/framing, doors/windows, RCP, roof plan, gas storage building, and associated MEP work.

This bid package excludes the supply and installation of the Pre-Engineered Manufactured Building structure, exterior metal panels and metal roofing panel
system previously bid and awarded.

This will be a public works prevailing wage project-BOLI 7/2021 & 10/2021
(amended) rates apply for Tillamook CO. Construction schedule duration will be
from 6/2022-3/2023, with site work demolition starting in June of 2022.
