Buell named Nutter vice president of operations

Nutter Corporation has promoted Shannon Buell to vice president of operations.聽 He joined the firm in 2017 as a project manager with nine years of experience and has since managed some of its largest and most complex projects.聽Buell will oversee the estimating and project management teams.
