INVITATION FOR BIDS IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Emery & Sons Construction Group, LLC is accepting bids for the Landscaping & Irrigation scope of work for this project.

Bids will be due at 2:00 pm February 16, 2022, and shall be submitted via email to Brian Vinson at聽 [email protected].

No hard copy bids or facsimile bids will be accepted. This scope specifically includes work specified in Section 32 93 00 鈥� Landscaping and Section 33 83 00 鈥� Landscape Irrigation. Other specifications sections may apply as indicated in the above listed specification sections.

The bidding documents (project manual) includes the Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, Bid/Proposal Forms, City of Beaverton General Conditions, Emery & Sons Subcontract and Health & Safety Manual, Plans, and
Specifications.
