Tonkon Torp partner Josh Smith has been elected to the board of directors of the Technology Association of Oregon. The organization works to unite and support technology businesses in the region. Smith has been a longtime member, supporter and sponsor of TAO. He is a member of Tonkon Torp鈥檚 entrepreneurial services, intellectual property, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions practice groups. His practice is focused on representing and counseling emerging and established companies on a wide variety of intellectual property, corporate and transactional matters.
