CONSTRUCTION

Alex Coleman has been promoted to senior preconstruction manager at R&H Construction. He will continue to provide preconstruction services and leadership for ground-up projects and major renovations. Coleman joined R&H in 2017 as a preconstruction manager with nearly 15 years of industry experience. He has since contributed to the KEX social hotel renovation, the award-winning NW23 mixed-use project, the recently completed Saltwood South Apartments and many tenant improvements and remodels. Currently, he is working on the Splash Apartments at the Pop Blocks in Southeast Portland, and the Lake Oswego North Anchor mixed-use development.
