LMC Construction is requesting subcontractor bids for the renovation of the DevCo 5 Affordable Housing Portfolio Project. The project consists of renovating five properties located in Lebanon, Lincon City, Winston, Milwaukie, and Forest Grove.

Scopes Bidding:
All trades (excluding Roofing & Plumbing)
Siding bids will be accepted for all sites except at Pine Tree Apartments.
