Cooper St. The proposal calls for three stories above grade and a basement level. The applicant is seeking to modify dimensions for a common outdoor space between the building and neighboring lots.
• Design review is pending for a project to shore up deteriorating bricks on exterior columns at 310 S.W. Lincoln St. The proposal calls for installation of steel columns in the interior to take the load off of floors at three locations on the south elevation (B-wing). The overall area of work is approximately 75 square feet.
• A Type 2 procedure (adjustment) is pending for a project to construct five townhome-style condominiums along Northeast Rodney Avenue (within the 97211 zip code).
• Design review is pending for a project to modify guardrails on floors one through five of a seven-story building at 455 S. Hamilton Court.
