Demolition and replacement of the existing building with a new 39,691sf building. Work also includes reconfiguration of the parking area, moving the bus drop off area to the East of the building, upgrades to the site utilities and the Annex building that will service to house students while the new school is being constructed.

A renovation and addition to an existing elementary school.
