San Diego-based Sunrise Management has promoted Dennis Mitchell to vice president of client strategy. He previously was a regional vice president for the company鈥檚 Portland office. Mitchell will now oversee Sunrise Management鈥檚 outreach and growth in all markets, including the Pacific Northwest. He has nearly 15 years of multifamily and commercial property management experience in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Sunrise, he was the regional manager for Avenue5 Residential in Portland. In that role, while overseeing eight properties, Mitchell led client management, budgeting, market analysis, strategy development and recruitment. He holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in business administration and an MBA from Western Governors聽University in Washington.
