Mortenson Construction is seeking subcontractors for the construction of the main renovation phase for Selective Demolition, Cast-in-Place Concrete and Concrete Paving, Waterproofing, Roofing, Curtainwall/Glass/Glazing, Elevators, Earthwork, Site Utilities and Shoring of the Huestis Hall Deferred Maintenance Project on the University of Oregon Campus located in Eugene, Oregon.

HUB firms are encouraged to submit proposals. All bidders will collaborate to align with UO鈥檚 compliance with Senate Bill 5721.

Bid Documents:
Bid documents may be viewed and/or obtained electronically on Building Connected through an Invitation issued by the Contractor. To be issued an Invitation, contact Andrew Henry ([email protected]), Kyle Helm ([email protected]) and/or Angie Helfert聽 ([email protected]).

Bids to be delivered via Building Connected or by email to those listed above.

Any bids received after the specified date and time will not be considered.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held 2/10/22 from 9am-11pm PST at Huestis Hall. All attendees will be required to follow Owner, City, County, State and Federal COVID-19 protocols in place on the day of the meeting.

This project is available for public bidding via the Mortenson Public Plan Room
