VLMK Engineering + Design has hired Malee Garcia as an engineering designer. She will work with the civil team to design stormwater management facilities as well as grading and utility infrastructure for a wide variety of development projects. Garcia has four years of experience involving stormwater management and land development design. She previously worked for a civil engineering firm in North Carolina, with a focus on public commercial land development. Garcia has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in biological systems engineering, with a focus on watersheds, from Virginia Tech.
