Gorman & Company hires Kellogg

Kevin Kellogg has joined national housing development firm Gorman & Company. He will serve as market president for the Pacific Northwest, including Oregon, northern California and Washington state. Kellogg will be based in Portland, and focus on community revitalization through the creation of high-quality, mixed-income housing. Kellogg has 30 years of professional experience; previously he oversaw all real estate development programs for Hacienda Community Development Corp. He has acquired a vast skill set by establishing and maintaining co-development partnerships as well as developing affordable rental housing and redeveloping public housing. He has expertise in policy development, grant-funded research on sustainability, and equitable development.
