Also, some decorative wall sconces would be installed, and the existing indoor swimming pool and enclosure would be removed.

Also, alterations include ceiling, flooring, finishes, plumbing and electrical.

A separate $420,000 permit is under review for installation of an air handling unit, duct coil diffusers, rooftop exhaust fans, air valves, grilles, a damper and ductwork
