LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE

The Satre Group, of Eugene, has named John Schmidt as a principal and partner. He serves as the firm鈥檚 technology principal; he also is responsible for project design and management. Schmidt is an expert in three-dimensional modeling and simulations. Prior to returning to Eugene in 2015, he was principal of a landscape architecture firm based in Charlottesville, Virginia. Schmidt has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in landscape architecture from the University of Oregon.
