COMMUNICATIONS

PRR, a women-owned and employee-owned integrated communications agency, has named Kristen Bishop director of PRR Portland. She will work with the firm鈥檚 Oregon clients, including the city of Portland and Oregon Department of Transportation. Bishop has more than 20 years of experience in communications, community outreach and urban planning. She has worked with public agencies at the local, regional and national levels. Bishop previously served as executive director of Lois D. Cohen Associates, a Portland-based community engagement firm. There she led community engagement work for several local and state agencies. The firm closed recently following the death of its founder, Lois Cohen.
