  • A pre-application conference is sought for a project to create a food cart complex at 1223 N. Hayden Meadows Drive. The complex would include facilities for food production and sales as well as support areas. The site would also have accessible restrooms, storage space, waste and recycling space, security fencing and parking. Plans also call for supercharger stations.
  • A Type 1 procedure is pending to replat the lot at 3126 S.E. 36th Ave. The proposal calls for the lot to hold two townhomes plus an accessory dwelling unit. Existing structures would be demolished.
  • An application for early assistance is pending for a project to construct a seven-story, 94-unit affordable housing building along North Broadway (within the 97227 zip code). This would be the first development within the Albina Vision Trust master plan. The proposal calls for the building to have resident services, a community room and property management spaces. The project is still early in development, but the clients would like to include rooftop solar panels and potentially balconies. The intent is to create a plaza or open area south of the building for community gatherings and an open area to the north for a children’s play area.
  • A Type 3 procedure (historic resource review) is pending for a five-story, 19-unit building along Northwest 17th Avenue (within the 97209 zip code). The building would be within two separate lots totaling 5,000 square feet. Site improvements would include landscaping, stormwater utilities and right-of-way improvements.
