Miller Nash LLP partner Gary Christensen has joined the Emeritus Committee of the Oregon State Bar鈥檚 Construction Law Section. The committee comprises past Executive Committee members interested in staying involved and engaged with the section. Members鈥� institutional knowledge and experience help keep the section community strong. Christensen previously served on the Executive Committee for almost 20 years. He chairs Miller Nash鈥檚 construction industry team and now has more than 30 years of experience representing all segments of the design and construction industry in the Northwest. He focuses his practice on commercial construction litigation, design and construction contract negotiation, insurance recovery, public contracting, and strategic options for construction projects.
