Bialostocky joins state Local Officials Advisory Committee

GOVERNMENT

The Oregon Land Conservation and Development Commission (LCDC) has appointed West Linn Councilor Rory Bialostocky to the state鈥檚 Local Officials Advisory Committee (LOAC). Members include elected officials from both urban and rural cities and counties and reflect the geographic diversity of the state. The LOAC advises and assists the Department of Land Conservation and Development and the LCDC on policies and programs affecting local governments. The committee was established in 1973 by Senate Bill 100. Bialostocky will serve a two-year term.
