ARCHITECTURE

Soderstrom Architects has promoted Wayne van Loon to associate principal. He will continue to lead projects within the firm鈥檚 Wine & Spirits division. Van Loon has worked on winery projects for Domaine Serene, Lingua Franca and Abbott Claim. Prior to practicing architecture, he spent 10 years working for a family-owned winery as well as operating his own hard cidery. Van Loon has more than 15 years of experience in the programming and design of wineries along the West Coast. He holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in architecture and architectural project management from Portland State University.
