INVITATION FOR BIDS IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Emery & Sons Construction Group, LLC is accepting bids for the construction of Structural Concrete and Roof Framing for the project.Bids will be due at 2:00 pm March 31, 2022, and shall be submitted via email to Brian Vinson at [email protected].

No hard copy bids or facsimile bids will be accepted.The scope of work generally includes providing all labor, equipment, and materials for construction of structural concrete and roof framing. The bidding documents (project manual) includes the Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, Bid/Proposal Forms, City of Beaverton General Conditions, Emery & Sons Subcontract and Health & Safety Manual, Plans, and Specifications.
