CONSTRUCTION

JE Dunn Construction has hired Martell Dyles as senior diversity, equity and inclusion manager for its West region offices, including those in Portland, Denver, Colorado Springs and Phoenix. He brings more than 14 years of experience, with a strong track record of delivering sustainable results in inclusive economic development, inclusive employee outreach and development, supplier diversity, equity workforce development, internal and external community relations, and diverse recruiting. Dyles will work directly with JE Dunn senior leadership to ensure workplace, workforce and marketplace initiatives are in alignment with the company鈥檚 overall DEI strategy. That includes facilitating inclusive business practices for women and minorities on construction projects.
