CONSTRUCTION

Avaly Scarpelli, executive director of the Building Industry Association of Clark County, is now a 2022 board member of the National Association of Home Builders鈥� Executive Officers Council. It鈥檚 the educational and professional support organization for the executive officers who direct the state and local associations affiliated with NAHB. The council鈥檚 board of directors establishes policy and oversees activities of more than 700 local and state homebuilding associations nationwide.
