A type 2 procedure (historic resource review) is pending for 1728 N.W. Hoyt St. Installation of a 5.3- kilowatt mounted solar array is proposed. Paulo Daluz of Power Northwest Incorporated is the applicant. The project owners are Matt and Alyssa Zmuda.
An application for early assistance is pending for 4501 N.E. 138th Ave. Plans call for construction of a new 21,000-square-foot industrial maintenance facility. Erin Upham of Axis Design Group is the applicant and NE 138th and Prescott LLC is the project owner.
An application for early assistance is pending for 8958 S.E. Clinton St. Plans call for construction of a three-story, 36-unit apartment building. There would be 24 studio units, one single-bedroom unit and 11 two-bedroom units. Leslie Jones of CIDA is the applicant and Clinton Jade LLC is the project owner.
