• A pre-application conference was canceled for a proposal that called for adaptive reuse of a 113-year-old, historic building at 1819 N.W. Everett St. and construction of a five-story, 80-room hotel on an adjacent parking lot. Paul Alessandro of Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture is the applicant and Northwest Neighborhood Cultural Center is the project owner.
• A Type 1 procedure is pending to replat the property at 432 N.E. 74th Ave. for a future affordable housing development. Stef Kondor of Related Northwest is the applicant and Metro is the project owner.
• A pre-application conference is being sought for a proposal to construct a three-story building (to serve as a music venue) on property along Southeast Water Avenue (within the 97214 zip code). Site development would include a loading area and an eco-roof. Jennifer Dzienis of Hacker is the applicant, and Prosper Portland is the project owner.
• An application for early assistance is pending for a proposal to build a 33-unit condominium development at 15141 E. Burnside St. The proposal calls for each unit to be three stories and the driveway to be 20 feet wide. Mark Dane of Mark Dane Planning is the applicant and Shekarriz Living Trust is the project owner.
• An application for early assistance is pending for improvements to Mill Park, at 1949 S.E. 122nd Ave. The proposal also calls for extending the park via a new parcel to Southeast 122nd Avenue. Robin Johnson Craig of Portland Parks & Recreation is the applicant, and the city of Portland is the project owner.
