Monroe joins Compass Commercial in Bend

Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management, in Bend, has added Russ Monroe to its team. Monroe will begin serving as vice president of asset and property management at the end of April. He will oversee the department as well as manage a portion of the company鈥檚 portfolio, which currently includes 137 office, retail and industrial buildings totaling more than 2.7 million square feet in Central Oregon. Monroe has more than 15 years of experience in commercial property management. He previously served as vice president of property management for Capstone Advisors in Carlsbad, California.
