Blakely Vogel has joined Miller Nash LLP as an associate. He focuses his practice on representing businesses and individuals in transactional and regulatory matters, with particular focus on supporting clients within the cannabis industry. He assists companies with entity selection and formation as well as drafting and review of various corporate documents. Vogel has experience guiding startups from formation through funding. He also has advised on regulatory compliance for post-funding operations. He has a bachelor鈥檚 degree from Colorado State University, a master鈥檚 from Boston College and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
