Tracey Gedlich, senior vice president at Kidder聽Mathews, has been promoted to asset services market leader in Greater Portland. She has nearly 30 years of commercial property management experience, including management of 1.3 million square feet of commercial properties in the Portland area, as well as leadership of management teams and business development, and oversight of capital improvement projects. In her leadership role at Kidder Mathews, Gedlich is responsible for developing and directing the property teams to provide best-in-class service, partnering with clients to identify and execute value strategies, ensuring financial reporting compliance and risk management, and engaging in business development.
