  • Early assistance is sought for a proposal to renovate and modernize the historic Carnegie Library building at 512 N. Killingsworth St. The proposal calls for two modest additions totaling 1,500 square feet as well as structural seismic upgrades. Tyler Nishitani of LEVER Architecture is the applicant, and the Multnomah County Library District is the project owner.
  • Early assistance is sought for a proposal to construct a seven-story (five-over-two) apartment building at 3801 N. Interstate Ave. The building would hold 223 units, amenity spaces and retail space. There would also be parking. Jason Roberts of Ankrom Moisan Architects is the applicant and Green Lotus Investments is the project owner.
  • Early assistance is sought for a proposal to alter and add to a Buddhist priory at 3642 S.E. Milwaukie Ave. Plans call for adding a meeting space to the main floor as well as an open deck above the addition, and expanding the basement area. Jonathan Dunn of Woodblock Architecture is the applicant and the Portland Buddhist Priory is the project owner.
  • Early assistance is sought for a proposal to construct a new vehicle service building at 12315 E. Burnside St. Existing vehicle service buildings would be demolished. Paul Kurth of LRS Architects is the applicant and JJHO LLC is the project owner.
  • An application for early assistance is pending for an exterior remodel of a shell at 6512 S.E. Milwaukie Ave. The site was previously a Bank of America. Plans for creation of a new storefront opening in exterior walls, installation of new wall-mounted canopies, and site modifications to accommodate an outdoor covered patio. Jonathan Dunn of Woodblock Architecture is the applicant and the Bank of America is the project owner.
