David Evans and Associates hires Cooley

ENGINEERING
Steve Cooley has joined David Evans and Associates as a senior transportation engineer in its Salem office. He has more than 35 years of design, construction, and project delivery experience at the Oregon Department of Transportation. His career with the agency progressed from construction inspector and office engineer to senior roadway design engineer to key leadership roles including Roadway Unit manager, Region 2 Tech Center manager, contract administration engineer in the Construction Section, and chief engineer. Cooley brings a broad spectrum of experience and perspective to all aspects of the project delivery process.
