• Early assistance is sought for a project at 2755 S.E. Belmont St. Plans call for demolition of an existing, 54-year-old building and then construction of a four-story, 32-unit multifamily building. There would be a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units as well as a central courtyard. Keegan Hebert of Works Progress Architecture is the applicant and KP Belmont 28 Real Estate LLC is the project owner.
• Early assistance is sought for a project at 6541 N. Denver Ave. Plans call for construction of three new multifamily buildings holding a total of 37 units. Building 1 would have 29 units and buildings 2 and 3 would have four units each. Armin Quilici of Quilici Architecture and Design is the applicant and Arbor Lodge Apartments LLC is the project owner.
• Design review is pending for a project along Southeast Harold Street (within the 97266 zip code). Plans call for three buildings holding a total of 166 units. One five-story, mixed-use building would have 159 units of various sizes. The L-shaped building would have 132,593 square feet and frontage along Southeast 92nd Avenue. A two-story, 8,678-square-foot building would have seven units and a third structure would be a bike storage shed. There are 59 on-site parking spaces. Alex Yale of YBA Architects is the applicant and Prosper Portland is the project owner.
