Alison Roth has joined Miller Nash LLP鈥檚 business team. Roth, based in Portland, assists businesses with drafting and negotiating a variety of complex commercial agreements, including supply and distribution agreements, intellectual property licenses, purchase agreements and stock option and profits interest plans and awards. She previously practiced at a boutique Portland-area law firm specializing in business and corporate law. In addition to counseling clients on business-related matters, Roth also has experience protecting and managing client trademark portfolios and advising on trademark marketing and use. She has a bachelor鈥檚 degree from Boston College and a law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School.
