Kidder Mathews has named Heidi Ray senior vice president and director of engineering & sustainability for asset services for the firm鈥檚 21 West Coast locations. She has 25 years of facilities, construction, and maintenance leadership in commercial building environments. She is directly responsible for Kidder Mathews鈥� building engineering teams and drives clients鈥� progressive energy management and sustainability initiatives. Ray鈥檚 previous experience includes stints with life science companies Aptevo Therapeutics and Silverback Therapeutics. She served as head of facilities and operations at Aptevo and, most recently, as senior director of facilities and operations at Silverback.
