GBC Construction will be serving as the General聽 Contractor (GC) for Innovative Housing, Inc. and is聽 soliciting bids for the Lincoln City Affordable Housing聽 project, in Lincoln City, OR. GBC is soliciting bids for聽 all scopes of work, except for Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical & Fire Sprinkler which have already been selected for Design-Build purposes. The project is an Affordable Housing聽 Development consisting of 8聽 stand-alone buildings with a total of 107 living units聽 equaling approximately 100,000 square feet. The site聽 will contain a community building, laundry facilities,聽 a playground, and maintenance聽 facilities. The site design will include nature trails and ample outdoor activity space. The building completions and turn over will occur in a phased approach to allow the potential move in of early tenants. Earthwork will begin in early August with building framing beginning in January 2023, for a completion date in February 2024.
