Colliers has added veteran multifamily and land sale broker Liz Davis to its Portland office. While amassing more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience she has closed transactions totaling more than $1 billion, primarily in work with high-net-worth investors, institutional clients and developers. She was the broker of record for the $127 million sale of Yard Apartments in 2016 鈥� one of the largest apartment sales ever in Portland鈥檚 urban core. Most recently, she completed the sale of a 33-acre development site in Bend; it鈥檚 poised to become the largest rental community in the city with nearly 600 units.
