Tonkon Torp adds Grant to real estate & land use group

Kyle Grant has joined Tonkon Torp LLP鈥檚 real estate & land use practice group. He is licensed to practice law in Oregon and Washington. Grant represents clients in commercial real estate transactions and development, purchases and sales, leasing, financing, and land use. He also serves as a general counsel to condominium and planned community homeowner associations. In addition, Grant advises clients on corporate matters including business acquisitions, entity formation, and negotiation of commercial contracts. Grant has a Juris Doctor degree from J. Reuben Clark Law School of Brigham Young University.
