Emerick, as the CM/GC, is seeking subcontractor proposals for MEP Design Assist / Construction services for Lebanon Fire District Station 31 Replacement. The project consists of a new fire station/admin building and associated site work to replace the existing station at 1050 W Oak St in Lebanon, OR. Also included in the scope of work are a separate Logistics building and Fire Training Tower.
