Seth Row, a partner with Miller Nash LLP, has been elected as a Fellow in the American College of Coverage Counsel, the premier association of lawyers who focus their practices on insurance law and the representation of insurers and policyholders. Row is the first policyholder-side attorney from Oregon to be elected. Established in 2012, the ACCC comprises more than 350 lawyers throughout the United States, Canada and Bermuda who are involved in insurance coverage and extracontractual matters. At Miller Nash, Row leads the insurance recovery practice team and focuses his litigation practice primarily on insurance coverage disputes 鈥� exclusively on the policyholder side.
