Tom Everett has joined RS&H as a vice president in the engineering, architecture and consulting firm鈥檚 Strategic Infrastructure team. He is the former executive director of the Federal Highway Administration. Everett will be responsible for strategy and advisory services in support of the company鈥檚 sales growth, geographical expansion and addition of new service lines related to RS&H鈥檚 national infrastructure practice. He is a registered professional engineer and holds a master鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from Rutgers University. RS&H has offices around the country, including Portland.
