CONSTRUCTION

Whitney Taylor has joined the Urban Resources Inc. project management team. She is responsible for managing a mix of projects, including new multifamily construction, commercial redevelopment, investigative work, and tenant improvements. Taylor has more than 10 years of construction experience. She started by working on forensic projects and construction defect litigation in Palo Alto, California. After spending time in Germany working for the construction management team of a data center project, she landed in Portland and began handling development, capital improvements, and tenant improvement projects. Taylor has maintained her Professional Engineer license in California.
