Swinerton Builders is requesting subcontractor bids for The Monmouth City Hall Project, a new Mass Timber Building located in Monmouth, OR. Existing building demolition has commenced. Building construction includes concrete foundations and slab on grade, steel, mass timber, membrane roofing; metal framed walls; storefronts and windows; face brick and metal panel cladding; HM and aluminum door frames with HM and wood doors; sealed concrete, carpet tile, and ceramic tile flooring & walls; gypsum board and acoustical tile ceilings; fire sprinkler, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. The site work includes earthwork; concrete & asphalt paving; fencing and gates; landscaping and irrigation; and site utilities.

Bid Package #2 includes the following trades: Fire Protection, Earthwork / Utilities.
