Downhour joins Westlake Consultants as senior land surveyor

SURVEYING
Westlake Consultants has hired Michael Downhour as a senior land surveyor in its Development Survey Department. He has nearly 15 years of surveying experience, including project handling from initial data acquisition to final delivery. Downhour previously served as a project surveyor in Oregon and Texas working on various multiphase residential, commercial, and public developments. He holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in construction management from Sam Houston State University. Downhour is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Oregon and a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) in Texas.
