ARCHITECTURE

Gary Blackwell has been promoted to senior associate at Opsis Architecture. With more than 18 years of experience as an architect, Blackwell has an extremely varied portfolio, including health care facilities, higher education facilities, student housing, parks and public spaces. He has worked on mass-timber projects such as the Hidden Creek Community Center in Hillsboro and the Redmond Senior and Community Center in Redmond, Washington. Blackwell has a master鈥檚 degree in architecture from the University of Oregon.
