SURVEYING

Westlake Consultants has added Joseph Zybach to its Industrial Measurement Department as a survey technician 1. He will provide industrial surveying for an array of diverse clients, including high-tech manufacturers and fabricators. Zybach previously operated a small residential and commercial construction business. He holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology.
