• A Type 1 procedure is pending for a replat of 7007 N. Knowles Ave. The proposal calls for splitting the lot into two parcels. Matthew Morse is the applicant and the project owner.
• An application for early assistance is pending for a proposal to construct a new seven-story affordable multifamily building along Northeast Ninth Avenue (within the 97212 zip code). The building would include 94 units and have an outdoor common area on the second floor. Plans for the ground floor include bike storage, two residential units, community rooms, offices, on-site parking, and loading spaces. Becky Morley of Stewardship Properties is the applicant and OnPoint Community Credit Union is the project owner.
• A pre-application conference is pending for a proposal to construct a new eight-story building at 1330 N.W. 14th Ave. There would be 30 live-work units on the first floor and 233 residential units on the seven floors above. The building would include two levels of underground parking with 201 motor vehicle spots. Parking would be accessed from Northwest 14th Avenue. Scott Soukup of Ankrom Moisan Architects is the applicant and Meriwether Overton is the project owner.
