The Marine Drive Distribution Center 鈥� a 590,770-square-foot, four-building complex in North Portland 鈥� has exchanged hands, JLL Capital Markets announced on Wednesday. The purchase price was not disclosed.

JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller,聽Clarion Partners. In addition, the buyer, LBA Logistics, has hired JLL to handle leasing at the property.

The distribution center features one single-tenant warehouse and three multitenant distribution warehouses. The buildings feature ESFR (Early Suppression Fast Response) sprinklers, 24-foot-to-26-foot clear heights, 114 dock-high doors, 12 grade-level doors and 28 rail-served doors, along with ample parking. The buildings are triple-net leased to seven tenants.

The property is approximately 27.30 acres in the Rivergate submarket near the intersection of North Marine Drive and Leadbetter Road. The distribution center is within two miles of Terminal 6 at the Port of Portland and within four miles of Interstate 5.

The JLL Capital Markets team representing the seller was led by Senior Managing Director Mark Detmer, Managing Director Buzz Ellis and Managing Director Ryan Sitov. The JLL Leasing team is led by Managing Director Tyler Sheils.
