The Vernier Science Center will provide state-of-the-art STEM (science,聽 technology, engineering, and mathematics) learning and research space on the Portland State University campus.

The project consists of complete renovation of Science Building One, an 8-story science education and lab research building into the Vernier Science Center, an inclusive, student-centered space featuring classrooms, teaching labs, research labs, department offices and shared common spaces.

Following Scopes are bidding from this package: DEMOLITION AND ABATEMENT
(25% MWESB Requirement)

All other scopes have a 20% MWESB Goal:
SITE PREPARATION, SPECIALITY EQUIPMENT SALVAGED, ROOFING

Pre-Bid Meeting and Job-Walk to be hosted on Tuesday, August 9th at 11am at PSU Science Building 1 West Entrance off of SW 11th Avenue.
