Swinerton Builders is requesting subcontractor bids for The Monmouth City Hall Project, a new Mass Timber Building located in Monmouth, OR. Existing building abatement and demolition has commenced. Foundations are聽 anticipated to begin early September. Building construction includes concrete foundations and slab on grade, steel, mass timber, membrane roo铿乶g; metal framed walls; storefronts and windows; face brick and metal panel cladding; HM and aluminum door frames with HM and wood doors; sealed concrete, carpet tile, and ceramic tile 铿俹oring & walls; gypsum board and acoustical tile ceilings; 铿� re sprinkler, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. The site work includes earthwork; concrete & asphalt paving; fencing and gates; landscaping and irrigation; and site utilities. Abatement, Demolition, Structural Concrete, Fire Protection, and Earthwork / Utilities were bid previously and are not included in Bid Package #3
